Role Overview
Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse – NICU to join its multidisciplinary nursing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering specialized neonatal care, monitoring patient progress, administering treatments, and supporting families while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Primary Accountabilities

Deliver specialized, high-quality nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns within the neonatal unit.

Monitor and assess neonatal patients continuously, maintaining highly accurate documentation of clinical observations.

Administer prescribed medications, advanced therapies, and complex clinical treatments according to medical protocols.

Collaborate seamlessly with neonatologists, pediatricians, and cross-functional healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Provide empathetic support, clinical education, and clear communication to parents and families throughout their baby’s care journey.

Maintain strict compliance with global infection control procedures, patient safety standards, and hospital operational policies.
Skills & Experience Required

Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years of verified UAE or Saudi Arabia (SAR) clinical experience operating specifically as a NICU Registered Nurse.

Licensing & Credentials: Must possess a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or an active Eligibility Letter.

Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification are strictly required.

Clinical Skills: Advanced clinical assessment, sharp critical thinking capabilities, and an ability to respond effectively to high-pressure neonatal emergencies.
