Role Overview

British Orchard Nursery is expanding its team and is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and qualified therapy professionals to support children’s learning and developmental needs across its nursery locations in Dubai. The successful candidates will provide specialized therapeutic support in a nurturing, collaborative environment focused on inclusive education and early intervention.

Core Duties

  • Deliver professional therapy services tailored to each child’s individual developmental milestones.

  • Partner with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary units to accelerate children’s progress.

  • Formulate, execute, and monitor detailed individualized therapy plans.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, session case notes, and progress records.

  • Travel flexibly between different British Orchard Nursery locations across Dubai as needed.

  • Foster inclusive learning spaces to boost overall child growth and well-being.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Credentials: Valid UAE professional license to practice as an ABA Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.

  • Location & Mobility: Currently based in Dubai with a willingness to commute across multiple nursery campuses.

  • Core Competencies: Passion for early intervention, child inclusion, and a collaborative care approach; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of early childhood development, individualized therapy tracking, and inclusive educational frameworks.
