Role Overview

LE VOILE is seeking an experienced, results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple store locations in the United Arab Emirates. This leadership role focuses on managing daily retail operations, driving store performance, and optimizing cross-functional team workflows to maintain premium brand standards and support regional business growth.

Primary Accountabilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise the daily operational activities of multiple retail boutique locations across the UAE.

• Monitor retail store performance metrics and analyze operational KPIs to formulate continuous improvement strategies.

• Coach, mentor, and structurally develop store managers and frontline retail team members to elevate service standards.

• Optimize corporate resource allocation, including retail staffing levels, inventory stock management, and client experience initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional corporate departments to align regional store execution with broader organizational objectives.

• Ensure absolute operational compliance with internal company policies, safety protocols, and premium fashion brand visual standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Professional Background: Proven, verifiable track record managing multi-site retail operations specifically within an established fashion retail group.

• Leadership Capabilities: Strong stakeholder management, team coaching, and performance-driven leadership abilities.

• Analytical Aptitude: Sharp problem-solving traits with a strong background in retail sales analysis and inventory optimization frameworks.

• Interpersonal Demeanor: Highly customer-focused mindset with the flexibility to adapt and perform effectively inside a fast-paced, dynamic luxury retail environment.
