Job Summary

SATA is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to join its commercial division in Dubai. The role is focused on expanding the company’s corporate travel portfolio, conceptualizing strategic B2B sales initiatives, acquiring high-value corporate accounts, and maintaining deep, long-term business relationships to maximize revenue growth.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Design and execute high-impact B2B sales strategies to accelerate the acquisition and growth of corporate travel accounts.

  • Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new corporate clients while fostering long-term retention with the existing account portfolio.

  • Partner with internal operational divisions to structure customized corporate travel packages that align perfectly with client budgets and policies.

  • Drive end-to-end account management workflows, hitting monthly revenue quotas through structured sales pipelines.

  • Track client satisfaction metrics, coordinate issue resolution, and closely analyze corporate travel pricing, booking systems, and sector trends.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Industry Tenure: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of dedicated corporate sales (B2B) experience specifically built within the UAE travel and tourism sector.

  • Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in corporate account acquisition, advanced commercial negotiation, and professional executive-level presentations.

  • Domain Knowledge: Thorough understanding of modern corporate travel frameworks, corporate booking systems, corporate pricing structures, and regional market trends.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Sharp strategic thinking, an aggressive goal-oriented mindset, and excellent networking capabilities.
