Position Overview

ZARA HOME is expanding its retail operations in Abu Dhabi and is seeking enthusiastic, design-conscious professionals to fill multiple floor roles. This campaign features openings for Sales Assistants, Sales Supervisors, and Visual Coordinators. Ideal candidates are passionate about interior design, retail aesthetics, and delivering a premium, welcoming experience for every boutique guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome store guests, provide detailed styling consultations, and assist clients in selecting high-quality home decor and furnishings.

  • Visual Merchandising: Execute creative display transitions and maintain brand presentation standards across the sales floor (key focus for the Visual Coordinator).

  • Floor Supervision: Support daily store operations, coordinate shift staff, manage floor inventory levels, and drive retail target goals (key focus for the Sales Supervisor).

  • Boutique Administration: Process checkout counter transactions, organize incoming stock shipments, and maintain clean, attractive display layouts.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma, specialized Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree depending on the seniority of the applied role.

  • Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, luxury customer service, or visual presentation is highly valued.

  • Core Competencies: Fluent communication skills, strong cooperative spirit, and an analytical eye for interior styling trends.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and seasonal holidays.
