Position Profile

A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a technically skilled Salesforce Developer to build, customize, and maintain its enterprise CRM architecture. This role focuses on engineering scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to real estate business models, developing custom components, and executing seamless integrations with external data ecosystems.

Main Duties

  • Architect and customize end-to-end Salesforce platform solutions configured to evolving real estate business demands.

  • Program and deploy robust, high-performance backend and frontend components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Design, build, and audit secure API integrations linking Salesforce with external enterprise applications and third-party systems.

  • Translate complex commercial and stakeholder needs into sustainable, scalable database and workflow blueprints.

  • Conduct strict application testing, debugging cycles, and system troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted platform performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Frameworks: Advanced, hands-on mastery of Apex programming, LWC, and Salesforce integration protocols.

  • Industry Domain: Prior experience developing CRM structures specifically for Real Estate clients or projects is mandatory.

  • Geographic Presence: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE or possess an active, valid UAE visa.
