Position Profile

GIFFIN GRAPHICS GENERAL TRADING FZE is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join its team in JAFZA, Dubai. This role plays a central part in executing sales administration workflows, compiling client cost quotations, processing purchase orders, coordinating shipment logistics with supply partners, and maintaining operational database entries within ERP and CRM platforms.

Main Duties

  • Draft formal commercial quotations and process incoming customer purchase orders with high precision.

  • Organize, maintain, and audit sales-related documentation, client files, and transactional logs.

  • Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure clear operational updates and swift order fulfillment.

  • Align with freight and logistics partners to track shipments and secure on-time delivery schedules.

  • Record, update, and manage core commercial data across corporate ERP and CRM software suites.

  • Provide general back-office administrative assistance to the broader sales and account management teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Professional Background: At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in sales support, order processing, or commercial trade administration.

  • Technical Frameworks: High proficiency navigating standard ERP/CRM systems alongside Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Core Competencies: Practical understanding of supply chain logistics, quotation drafting, order tracking, and high-volume customer service administration.
