Role Overview

Mulki Influx is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance department in Ajman. This opportunity is structured for finance professionals who possess a robust background in the property sector and a solid understanding of complex financial reporting, project-based cost allocation, and comprehensive fiscal operations.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Prepare, audit, and manage precise corporate financial statements and executive reports.

  • Execute rigorous month-end and year-end ledger closure protocols.

  • Oversee specialized project accounting workflows and track real estate development expenditures.

  • Assist corporate leadership with budgeting models, financial forecasting, and long-term planning metrics.

  • Ensure absolute alignment with regional regulatory frameworks, tax compliance, and modern accounting principles.

  • Deliver accurate financial data analysis to support strategic corporate decision-making.

Core Competencies

  • Credentials: Semi-Qualified CA / ACCA status is required.

  • Sector Expertise: Proven hands-on accounting background specifically inside the UAE real estate industry.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of asset-level budgeting, forecasting models, structural project accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced organizational capabilities paired with a sharp eye for detail in high-volume transaction environments.
