Position Profile

A expanding multi-branch commercial trading enterprise based in Dubai is hiring a Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of accounting experience to oversee financial reporting across its distributed branch locations. This position centers on auditing daily accounting ledger entries, directing branch data operators, performing stock movement reconciliations, and building executive financial updates utilizing modern ERP software.

Main Duties

  • Audit and approve daily accounting entries, cash books, and bank reconciliations coming in from all branch units.

  • Supervise, guide, and support branch accountants and administrative data operators on accounting procedures.

  • Reconcile sales receipts, purchase orders, operational expenses, and physical inventory stock movements.

  • Compile comprehensive weekly and monthly financial performance reports for senior executive review.

  • Detect, investigate, and correct ledger variances to maintain corporate financial compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Professional Background: 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within a multi-branch trading, distribution, or import/export framework.

  • Technical Frameworks: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel alongside hands-on experience running ERP platforms like Odoo (heavily preferred), SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

  • Core Aptitudes: Crisp English communication abilities, high analytical precision, and strong supervisory skills.
