Role Overview
insightsoftware is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented SEO Analyst to support content SEO, reporting, analytics, technical execution, and website optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale website modernization and migration projects while working closely with Web Operations, Content, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Development, and Design teams inside a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Primary Accountabilities

Conduct rigorous keyword research to support product alignment and develop detailed SEO content briefs detailing search intent, content structure, and internal linking strategies.

Audit existing web assets for optimization opportunities, tracking thin content, keyword cannibalization, and ranking volatility.

Build and maintain comprehensive SEO dashboards and recurring reports utilizing GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or Power BI to monitor organic traffic trends, CTR, and conversions.

Execute technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Sitebulb to identify and resolve crawlability, indexation, canonical, redirect, and hreflang errors.

Support high-level enterprise website migrations, redirect validation activities, structured data/schema implementations, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.

Manage ongoing SEO tasks and multi-department workflows through the Wrike project management platform while supporting modern Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required

Core Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on SEO execution specifically within a B2B, SaaS, or high-volume enterprise workspace.

Analytical Mastery: Proven capability to translate Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console performance data into actionable corporate insights.

Technical & Platform Familiarity: Practical exposure to Semrush, Ahrefs, and Clearscope. Familiarity with modern CMS/JAMstack frameworks (Astro, Storyblok, Vercel) and enterprise multi-product environments is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Sharp organizational capabilities with the confidence to collaborate across cross-functional engineering, marketing, and design divisions independently.
