Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SEO content strategy or content-focused SEO

Position Profile

TPG, Inc. is seeking a strategic and analytical SEO Content Strategist to oversee organic visibility initiatives across its e-commerce properties. Working in a fully remote capacity, this professional will design and execute search-optimized content roadmaps, conduct technical keyword research, manage on-page updates, and leverage web analytics to drive transactional traffic to its pond, lake, and water garden product portfolios.

Main Duties

  • Map out and execute multi-channel, SEO-driven content calendars designed to capture search intent and grow non-paid traffic channels.

  • Write, edit, and launch search-optimized copy including deep-dive blogs, technical product descriptions, collection pages, and topical FAQs.

  • Perform continuous keyword mapping, identify competitive content gaps, and structure semantic search plans.

  • Audit and optimize on-page metadata, structural heading tags, schema markups, and internal link distributions.

  • Track monthly organic performance, pulling actionable insights from GA4 and Google Search Console to boost search rankings and on-page conversions.

  • Synchronize with creative, marketing, and web development units to align copy templates with seasonal maintenance cycles.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field of study.

  • Professional Background: 3 to 5 years of dedicated content SEO experience, ideally within a B2C retail or e-commerce setting shipping physical products.

  • Technical Frameworks: Solid operational handling of SEO diagnostics software (such as SEMrush or Ahrefs), GA4, Google Search Console, and standard CMS editors.

  • Core Aptitudes: Exceptional copy-editing abilities, an understanding of conversion-rate optimization (CRO) fundamentals, and the self-motivation needed to work productively from a home office.

Value Proposition

  • Fully remote workplace footprint offering an autonomous working environment

  • Comprehensive healthcare options including medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Immediate access to accrued paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay starting from day one

• Safe-harbor 401(k) retirement plan featuring company matching and revenue-sharing options

  • Disability insurance, critical illness plans, and dedicated internal career development programs
