Job Summary

Mark & Save, a division of Western International Group, is urgently seeking a dynamic Store HR professional to support and optimize human resources and operational workflows across multiple retail locations. The successful candidate will monitor store compliance, coordinate directly with floor management teams, and ensure seamless cross-departmental operations to drive retail productivity and workplace safety.

Primary Accountabilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and personnel compliance across multiple corporate branches.

• Implement structured store visits and operational audits to guarantee strict adherence to company SOPs.

• Coordinate with retail store managers to enhance worker productivity and resolve operational personnel issues.

• Partner with internal HR, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to facilitate smooth on-site employee management and administrative workflows.

• Monitor health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all retail locations while supporting personnel during new store launch projects.

• Formulate clear operational and workforce tracking reports for senior management review.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field.

• Professional Background: 2–5 years of working experience inside retail management or multi-store operational coordination within the UAE.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong analytical background paired with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Mobility: Strong organizational leadership abilities and a complete willingness to travel across various store locations within the UAE.
