Role Overview

Titan Company is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Store Manager to lead its retail operations in Dubai. This strategic placement is designed for a veteran retail professional with an extensive leadership background in jewelry or high-end luxury environments. The successful candidate will spearhead day-to-day showroom dynamics, optimize staff output, maintain premium visual standards, and aggressively drive sales performance goals for this global brand.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Oversee end-to-end boutique operations, managing floor staff performance to achieve high commercial output and profitability.

  • Implement luxury customer service standards to deliver exceptional and memorable retail experiences for premium clientele.

  • Drive sales performance tracking sequences, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and retail metrics regularly.

  • Supervise strict inventory control, stock management, security procedures, and audit preparation protocols.

  • Train, mentor, and build structural talent pathways for the floor sales team while maintaining precise corporate policy compliance.

  • Uphold meticulous visual merchandising frameworks and premium store presentation layouts.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Longevity: A minimum of 12+ years of overall retail background, with at least 3–4 years of active, current experience operating as a Store Manager.

  • Industry Domain: Strong preference for candidates emerging from the jewelry sector; professionals with extensive histories in premium luxury retail brands will also be highly prioritized.

  • Geographic Baseline: Must be currently based within the UAE or GCC region with deep familiarity with local consumer trends.

  • Leadership Traits: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
