Role Overview

A prominent civil construction enterprise is seeking an experienced Supervisor for its Dewatering & Piling Division to support major ongoing infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role requires a seasoned site leader with deep regional field expertise to direct daily heavy civil operations, lead field crews, and maintain rigorous execution standards on large-scale infrastructure developments.

Primary Accountabilities

• Supervise all on-site daily dewatering, piling, shoring, and specialized excavation support works.

• Direct site labor forces, assign daily tasks, and manage manpower scheduling with maximum operational efficiency.

• Monitor operational dewatering pump systems and piling rigs to ensure strict compliance with architectural blueprints and engineering specifications.

• Coordinate cross-functional workflows alongside project engineers, specialized subcontractors, and client technical teams.

• Enforce absolute compliance with municipal Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and corporate quality management guidelines.

• Oversee site activities across heavy civil sectors, including large-scale road developments, bridge installations, tunnels, underpasses, and major utility diversions.

Skills & Experience Required

• Professional Background: 6 or more years of dedicated experience running dewatering and piling scopes of work.

• Geographic History: Proven, mandatory project execution history within the Emirate of Dubai; comprehensive familiarity with local ground conditions, soil stabilization, and municipal infrastructure regulations is essential.

• Technical Domain Expertise: Advanced practical knowledge of dewatering systems, deep foundation piling techniques, shoring structures, and earth retention/excavation support.

• Leadership Traits: Proven ability to manage large on-site labor crews, resolve technical field issues independently, and communicate effectively with subcontractors and engineering personnel.
