Position Profile
Gummy Bear Nursery is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its early childhood team in Dubai Production City. This role focuses on supporting lead educators with day-to-day classroom management, preparing instructional layouts, supervising young children during interactive play, and fostering a safe, encouraging environment for early childhood growth.
Main Duties

Support lead teachers with daily classroom lesson delivery, early learning programs, and creative group activities.

Foster children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through interactive learning methodologies.

Supervise children closely during indoor learning blocks, outdoor playground intervals, and routine meal or rest times.

Assist with early years lesson preparation, creative resource crafting, and general classroom organization.

Direct positive behavioral habits among children while maintaining early childhood care and safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, general Education, or a closely related field is preferred.

Professional Background: Prior history working inside an early years learning facility, daycare center, or preschool nursery framework.

Interpersonal Traits: Patient, high-energy, and caring personality traits with a genuine passion for guiding young children.

Logistics: Excellent collaborative teamwork habits and a willingness to operate out of Dubai Production City (IMPZ).
