Position Profile

Gummy Bear Nursery is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its early childhood team in Dubai Production City. This role focuses on supporting lead educators with day-to-day classroom management, preparing instructional layouts, supervising young children during interactive play, and fostering a safe, encouraging environment for early childhood growth.

Main Duties

  • Support lead teachers with daily classroom lesson delivery, early learning programs, and creative group activities.

  • Foster children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through interactive learning methodologies.

  • Supervise children closely during indoor learning blocks, outdoor playground intervals, and routine meal or rest times.

  • Assist with early years lesson preparation, creative resource crafting, and general classroom organization.

  • Direct positive behavioral habits among children while maintaining early childhood care and safety protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, general Education, or a closely related field is preferred.

  • Professional Background: Prior history working inside an early years learning facility, daycare center, or preschool nursery framework.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Patient, high-energy, and caring personality traits with a genuine passion for guiding young children.

  • Logistics: Excellent collaborative teamwork habits and a willingness to operate out of Dubai Production City (IMPZ).
