Position Profile

DRE Homes is looking for a creative Videographer to join its marketing team and build visual assets that showcase luxury real estate portfolios. This media production role focuses on managing the entire lifecycle of content creation—from storyboarding and setting up multi-point lighting layouts to filming high-end properties and engineering fast-paced social media reels.

Main Duties

  • Shoot high-resolution video content targeting regional real estate marketing and digital branding efforts.

  • Direct on-site film productions, managing framing, audio capture, stabilization, and natural/artificial lighting sources.

  • Process, color-correct, sound-design, and edit raw media assets into cohesive, punchy short-form and long-form visual stories.

  • Deploy trend-focused content layouts tailored specifically for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital ad networks.

  • Interface with real estate consultants and marketing colleagues to brainstorm cinematic themes, property walk-through structures, and agent profiling videos.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Visa Status: Must possess your own valid UAE visa (mandatory requirement).

  • Technical Frameworks: High proficiency running professional editing suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.

  • Domain Mastery: Sharp eye for visual framing, pacing, asset library management, and modern real estate storytelling formats.

  • Execution Style: Able to maintain high output levels, balance strict project turnaround times, and thrive inside a competitive real estate landscape.
