Job Summary

H&S Real Estate is seeking a creative and highly skilled Real Estate Videographer & Video Editor to join its marketing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing professional property videos, editing promotional content, and collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful visual assets for real estate marketing campaigns.

Primary Accountabilities

• Capture high-quality property videos and photography for listings and marketing use.

• Create engaging property tours, promotional reels, and social media content.

• Edit videos for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and online listings.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content while maintaining branding consistency.

• Manage and organize raw footage and edited project files efficiently.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: Proven experience in videography and video editing; real estate industry videography experience is preferred, and drone videography experience is an advantage.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Media, Photography, Videography, or a related field.

• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, post-production editing, color correction, and social media visual marketing strategies.
