Position Profile

Star Gallery Mart, a leading consumer electronics and smart device retailer in the UAE, is organizing walk-in evaluation sessions for an energetic, goal-driven Mobile Salesman. Located at our Sharjah destination, this customer-centric role requires a proactive approach to retail engagement, tech-product showcase conversions, and consistent cross-selling of peripheral tech accessories.

Main Duties

• Guide retail floor guests through device selections by detailing product specifications, operational warranties, and available financing options.

• Secure and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly electronic sales volume milestones.

• Drive immediate upselling strategies focusing on premium smartphone accessories, protection plans, and companion hardware.

• Manage retail cash registers, process card payments, and reconcile terminal receipts with high precision.

• Update device product displays regularly, keeping the showroom floor organized, clean, and optimized for customer foot traffic.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Language Mastery: Total fluency in spoken Arabic is mandatory; secondary proficiency in conversational English is an asset.

• Product Literacy: Comprehensive technical understanding of major global smartphone architectures including Apple, Samsung, Honor, Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo.

• Target Management: Proven capacity to thrive under structured retail revenue quotas within high-volume shopping environments.

• Mobility: Openness to relocate or support alternative regional branches (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain) if required by executive leadership.

Outstanding performers during the initial meeting will advance to a 3-day paid trial assessment scheduled across morning shifts (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) or evening shifts (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) prior to final placement selection.
