Job Title: Walk-in Interview – Sales & Customer Service Representatives

Salary: AED 3,500 Monthly Base Salary (Attractive Incentives with Average Monthly Income of AED 5,000 and above)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years of Retail Sales Experience (Age below 30 years)

Role Overview

A large-scale recruitment screening drive is underway to select 150 Arabic and Non-Arabic speaking Sales & Customer Service Representatives to support telecom consumer accounts. This drive focuses on onboarding high-energy, consultative professionals to manage client acquisitions, handle retail consumer inquiries, and drive promotional product campaigns.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product consultations regarding telecom accounts and packages.

  • Drive retail sales volumes to consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team target benchmarks.

  • Assist walk-in clients with account modifications, active contract troubleshooting, and plan upgrades.

  • Pitch promotional packages, value-added services, and connectivity solutions to diverse consumer demographics.

Core Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any professional field.

  • Language Proficiency: A good command of spoken and written English is mandatory; bilingual fluency in Arabic is highly valued.

  • Experience Profiles: 1–2 years of hands-on background working within a fast-paced retail sales or showroom customer service environment.

  • Operational Exclusions: Please note that repeated candidates who have previously completed this screening cycle will not be considered.
