Core Role Overview

GAZMIN MANPOWER LCC is hosting walk-in recruitment sessions for active Warehouse Helpers, Pickers, and Packers to join its logistics fulfillment division in Dubai. Selected personnel will handle high-volume inventory movements, pack incoming consumer commodities, map storage allocations, and keep the processing station organized under direct shift management.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Sort, unpack, and systematically stack incoming commercial goods within designated storage rows.

  • Read picking orders to locate, retrieve, and cross-verify parts, items, or merchandise profiles.

  • Package products securely using industrial boxing tools, labels, and shrink-wrap materials prior to freight distribution.

  • Maintain strict adherence to warehouse safety standards and ensure clean processing stations throughout active shifts.

  • Run real-time physical stock tallies alongside dispatch leads to optimize distribution timelines.

Candidate Profile

  • Physical Capacity: Energetic individuals capable of working dynamic, full-time warehouse hours (11-hour shifts plus 1-hour designated break).

  • Work Ethic: Strong commitment to structural sorting, speed, precision, and collaborative cross-dock operations.

  • Onboarding Speed: Candidates must be ready to finalize employment documentation and commence structural training immediately.

Compensations & Provisions

  • Fixed monthly base salary scale alongside a designated AED 300 allowance for housing setups
