Role Overview

Moshi Restaurant L.L.C. is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Storekeeper to join its expanding hospitality operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting restaurant and catering activities by overseeing stock movement, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining proper storage standards.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Receive, inspect, and safely store inventory items, kitchen supplies, and general materials.

  • Maintain comprehensive stock logs, issue supplies to operational outlets, and monitor inventory levels.

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any inventory discrepancies immediately.

  • Track product quality, evaluate product expiry timelines, and uphold proper climate-controlled storage conditions.

  • Oversee inbound distribution workflows while organizing the warehouse layout efficiently.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent credential.

  • Domain Background: Solid understanding of inventory control systems, stock tracking procedures, and warehouse safety rules.

  • Technical Literacy: Basic computer proficiency, including hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Excel and modern inventory databases.

  • Professional Attributes: Strong organizational capability, meticulous documentation skills, and the agility to perform in a fast-paced environment.
