We Are Hiring: Procurement Coordinator
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement? We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Dubai!
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
- Track and monitor deliveries, resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain procurement records, including invoices and supplier agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
- Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/EEE or Diploma in Industrial Automation.
- Experience in procurement or a similar role.(1-2 yrs Experience)
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
