Job Summary

ROR Coffee Solutions L.L.C. and Coffeedesk General Trading L.L.C. are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their joint finance division in Dubai. This position is structured for an analytical accounting professional to handle routine ledger entries, oversee tax filings, and navigate modern enterprise resource planning platforms within a prominent specialty coffee enterprise.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) lifecycles alongside routine client billing.

  • Execute accurate month-end financial ledger reconciliations, bank verifications, and balance sheet closing entries.

  • Ensure absolute organizational compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines regarding UAE VAT processing and periodic filing returns.

  • Facilitate internal and external corporate audit preparations by organizing secure accounting evidence files.

  • Monitor budget distributions, conduct financial health reporting, and utilize ERP platforms to optimize corporate transactions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent institutional major.

  • Technical Frameworks: Advanced operational familiarity using Microsoft Excel and core ERP software suites (Direct experience utilizing ERPNext is a distinct competitive advantage).

  • Domain Mastery: Practical comprehension of regional tax architectures, corporate financial accounting standards, and bookkeeping best practices.

  • Interpersonal Capabilities: Detail-driven organizational mindset with the verbal and written capacity to communicate complex financial details effectively across departments.
