Role Overview

Arab Fresh is seeking a dedicated Accountant to support its core financial operations in Dubai. This position is structured for an organized finance professional capable of navigating a fast-paced food processing environment, focusing on ledger integrity, cash flow balancing, and statutory tax compliance.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Input and track daily transactional entries to maintain clear, audit-ready corporate financial records.

  • Supervise operational Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) flows, issuing client invoices and managing vendor billing cycles.

  • Execute routine bank reconciliations, identify ledger anomalies, and resolve financial imbalances efficiently.

  • Distribute accurate client account statements and implement proactive collections follow-up sequences for outstanding balances.

  • Support high-level month-end data consolidation, financial reporting lines, and routine administrative requests under management supervision.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Technical Frameworks: Advanced operational proficiency using Tally ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Domain Expertise: Solid working comprehension of foundational bookkeeping, localized financial reporting practices, and UAE VAT regulations.

  • Interpersonal Assets: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational habits coupled with professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
