Experience Required: 5–6 years for Senior (Contracting/Construction preferred) | 1–2 years for Junior

Role Overview

Forza Al Khaleej Electromechanical Contracting SP LLC is expanding its financial division in Abu Dhabi and is seeking structured accounting professionals for two distinct openings. The Senior Accountant will command corporate financial reporting, statutory VAT adherence, and organizational cost control frameworks, while the Junior Accountant will anchor daily transactional logs, balance entry sheets, and client invoicing operations.

Primary Accountabilities

Senior Accountant Roles:

• Direct monthly financial statements closing sequences, complex ledger reconciliations, and overall balance sheet integrity.

• Formulate local VAT documentation, audit transactional entries, and file compliance reports according to UAE corporate tax frameworks.

• Supervise internal payroll distribution data, oversee corporate cost control parameters, and deliver data-backed fiscal reviews to leadership.

• Coordinate enterprise workflows inside core ERP architectures, Tally, and Zoho ledger systems.

Junior Accountant Roles:

• Record daily transactional inputs, compile basic ledger logs, and cross-reference physical documentation files.

• Draft precise corporate sales invoices, register incoming supplier receipts, and perform foundational account allocations.

• Support senior management during monthly VAT calculations and build administrative spreadsheets to organize reporting metrics.

• Adapt to evolving institutional protocols under the structured mentorship of senior corporate officers.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Diploma or formal Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely linked academic track.

• Technical Frameworks: Mastery of Tally, Zoho configurations, specialized contractor ERP setups, and advanced data modeling via Microsoft Excel.

• Domain Strengths: Senior applicants must exhibit a proven background navigating payroll systems and construction cost structures; Junior applicants must possess a thorough grasp of entry-level balancing fundamentals.
