QLABS Clinical Laboratory is seeking a motivated, quality-driven Clinical Pathologist to join its newly acquired laboratory facility in Dubai. This leadership role is designed for a medical professional passionate about diagnostic precision, medical quality management systems, and clinical leadership. The successful candidate will guide everyday testing workflows, oversee regulatory compliance protocols, and spearhead upcoming international accreditation drives.
Primary Accountabilities

Provide decisive clinical, medical, and technical leadership across all active diagnostic laboratory testing lines.

Supervise day-to-day laboratory operational workflows to ensure high-efficiency, accurate, and timely diagnostic reporting.

Architect and lead internal audit structures, continuous quality improvement frameworks, and safety protocols.

Direct technical preparations for upcoming regional and global accreditation processes, ensuring rigid compliance with local and international laboratory expectations.

Serve as the principal medical and quality control advisor to lab technicians, mentoring medical staff to maintain the highest standards of patient safety.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: MBBS with a matching MD or DNB in Clinical Pathology, or an equivalent recognized postgraduate specialization degree.

Licensing: Valid, active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Eligibility or an active DHA license is strictly mandatory.

Technical Standards: Deep operational knowledge of clinical pathology workflows, quality management frameworks, and compliance standards including ISO 15189, CAP, EIAC, and DHA regulations.

Interpersonal Traits: Clear analytical capacity, excellent organizational skills, and verified team leadership attributes tailored to a fast-paced medical diagnostics setting.
