Position Profile
Humana is searching for an analytical Compensation Lead to guide the strategic deployment and administration of enterprise-wide reward models across its remote workforce. In this role, you will lead high-impact compensation initiatives, perform market and financial analytics, construct pay transparency structures, and deliver data-backed advisory services to executive leadership.
Main Duties

Direct the design, execution, and optimization of broad-based compensation frameworks aligned with enterprise growth objectives.

Evaluate workforce, financial, and competitive market data to extract operational metrics and support executive reward decisions.

Manage high-visibility compensation projects encompassing pay equity, market benchmarking, job architecture, and recognition systems.

Partner with cross-functional HR business leaders to diagnose workforce pay challenges and engineer tailored compensation solutions.

Measure the long-term efficacy of corporate base pay, incentive structures, and pay transparency practices to drive continuous process enhancement.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional HR background.

Professional Background: 5+ years focused on corporate compensation design, broad-based incentive planning, or advanced HR analytics.

Technical Frameworks: Advanced operational command of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling; hands-on experience using Workday or Power BI is highly preferred.

Core Aptitudes: Independent project management capability, sharp data-driven consultation skills, and the capacity to synthesize complex numbers into clear senior leadership presentations.

Remote Workspace Requirements: A dedicated, secure home workspace alongside high-speed internet capability meeting minimum bandwidth thresholds (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
