Position Profile

Hicar Auctions L.L.C is seeking a proactive HR Officer to manage daily human resources operations in Dubai. This role carries responsibility across the full employee lifecycle, covering end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, statutory government documentation processing, performance management tracking, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

Main Duties

  • Direct full-cycle recruitment efforts, from talent sourcing through structured onboarding and orientation protocols.

  • Coordinate immigration and statutory documentation including employment visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and Labour Cards.

  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files, attendance logs, and leave tracking systems inside central HR databases.

  • Assist with monthly payroll preparations and generate detailed administrative HR status reports.

  • Serve as an internal point of contact for staff inquiries while upholding company policies and local legal standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Professional Background: At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Deep practical familiarity with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE systems, visa application portals, and local labor practices.

  • Core Aptitudes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong administrative precision, and a collaborative approach to handling employee relations.

  • Availability: Candidates capable of joining immediately are strongly preferred.
