Experience Required: Entry Level / Freshers Welcome (Previous customer-facing or retail experience is an advantage)

Role Overview

Medon Group of Pharmacies is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join its E-Commerce team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers across Medon Online, 800 Pharma, and other group e-commerce platforms to assist with enquiries, order updates, and delivery information.

Core Duties

  • Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels.

  • Assist clients with online orders, logistics updates, and product-related enquiries.

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

  • Provide accurate information regarding pharmaceutical retail products, digital services, and order fulfillment status.

  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records, track follow-ups, and coordinate with logistics teams.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Highly comfortable using computers, smartphones, messaging applications, and basic office software to manage e-commerce support workflows.

  • Languages: Good spoken and written English communication skills. Functional knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a strong asset.

  • Traits: Friendly, patient, customer-oriented personality with quick learning capabilities and strong teamwork skills.
