Role Overview
Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Customer Service Project Coordinator to support its expanding Customer Service division. This remote position serves as the central coordination point between Project Managers, Customer Service Engineers, Spare Parts teams, and internal technical groups. The primary focus is maintaining real-time visibility across project lifecycles, capturing action items, tracking milestones, and ensuring customer service deliverables are completed with high accuracy.
Primary Accountabilities

Maintain absolute structural organization and operational visibility of all active Customer Service project workflows.

Track project deployment schedules, critical milestones, and engineering deliverables to ensure team deadlines are consistently achieved.

Attend recurring project meetings to extract operational updates, isolate action items, and compile detailed meeting notes for distribution.

Coordinate cross-functional alignment sessions, internal team discussions, and direct vendor product conversations.

Execute high-precision data entry and maintain accurate project tracking records using the QuickBase data management ecosystem.

Support weekly status reporting pipelines, coordinate technical training manuals, and oversee Post Project Spares (PPS) tracking operations.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a closely related professional field is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Practical experience working inside QuickBase or equivalent data management tracking systems is a major advantage.

Core Competencies: Elite time-management capabilities with a proven capacity to manage tracking data and technical documentation across multiple concurrent project lifecycles.

Interpersonal Traits: Clear written and verbal communication style with the ability to bridge communication gaps between heavily technical engineering groups and non-technical business departments.
