Job Summary

Arcoro is a rapidly growing SaaS provider delivering modular HR solutions tailored for the construction and contracting sectors. The organization seeks a dedicated Customer Success Manager to cultivate enduring client relationships, maximize software adoption, safeguard account health, and drive long-term user retention across the customer lifecycle.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Maintain elevated levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive platform adoption and minimize account churn.

  • Direct the complete, end-to-end commercial renewal lifecycle, leading pricing negotiations and closing contract extensions.

  • Run strategic client checkpoints and comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews to measure performance and account health.

  • Advocate internally for clients, collaborating across cross-functional departments to resolve complex product escalations swiftly.

  • Spot early account distress markers to deploy churn-mitigation strategies, while mapping growth and product expansion leads for account managers.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent baseline of relevant professional work experience.

  • Domain Background: At least 2 years of client-facing experience navigating SaaS or human capital management (HCM) software environments.

  • Core Competencies: Clear grasp of SaaS customer lifecycle methodologies, renewal processing, and professional corporate retention strategies.

  • Interpersonal Capabilities: Sharp written and verbal communication assets combined with the capacity to manage multiple client priorities independently.
