Job Vacancy Summary

BR+A Consulting Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support its Construction Administration team. The chosen candidate will assist engineering teams by processing project records, archiving incoming submissions, and updating localized data grids to guarantee seamless administrative workflows inside a deadline-driven setting.

Core Accountabilities

  • Input and monitor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and engineering-related project files into tracking platforms.

  • Draft, format, and adjust structured reports, cross-team correspondence, and engineering status summaries.

  • Interlink directly with internal engineering squads to verify project milestones, resolve document discrepancies, and clarify processing stages.

  • Structure electronic files to support continuous construction administration information channels.

  • Protect data integrity by sticking strictly to internal corporate documentation standards and confidentiality policies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent completion certificate.

  • Technical Mastery: High comfort level working inside data entry systems alongside everyday office tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Functional Knowledge: Understanding of technical document filing, basic construction project administration pipelines, and RFI tracking systems is a strong asset.
