Position Profile
K Systems Solutions LLC is recruiting a methodical Data Entry & Reporting Analyst to support its Order Management operations. This remote role is centered on managing database integrity, generating structural business reports, processing transactions, and auditing vendor or customer files within the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment.
Main Duties

Administer daily data entry, account creation, and maintenance workflows inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Input, track, and update incoming purchase quotes, sales quotes, and official purchase orders.

Field reporting requests from internal teams by extracting, formatting, and validating complex datasets.

Perform routine data cleaning, audits, and reconciliations to ensure database records match general ledger files.

Partner with finance, IT, and operations divisions to standardise data input workflows and document system procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Mastery: Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (including lookups, formulas, and pivot tables) and standard Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint).

Systems Exposure: Direct experience or familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred. General exposure to systems like SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zoho is a strong asset.

Core Aptitudes: Strong analytical reasoning, excellent time management skills, and the discipline needed to handle sensitive business data independently.
