Operating in a 100% remote layout, this professional manages digital filing structures, performs document indexing, processes record retrieval requests, and maintains database organization while working across multiple internal departments.
Main Duties

Sort, label, index, and organize digital files and records systems to maintain data accessibility.

Audit incoming documentation for accuracy, missing details, and compliance with structural filing guidelines.

Input data entries, update file tracking spreadsheets, and archive historical records within cloud systems.

Handle document distribution inquiries while protecting sensitive or high-confidentiality company assets.
