Role Overview

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its business operations in Irving, Texas. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data across multiple business systems, including SAP ERP, Microsoft Office applications, and CatsWeb databases. The successful candidate will collaborate with Quality, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to manage business data, prepare reports, validate records, and support overall operational efficiency.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Formulate and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and operational routing information within the SAP ERP platform.

  • Input, audit, and validate quality-related compliance metrics inside the CatsWeb tracking database.

  • Harvest raw information from emails, spreadsheets, and foundational source documents for accurate system migration.

  • Run basic statistical data analysis to generate routine performance reports and management presentations.

  • Pinpoint database discrepancies, cross-reference data entry inputs, and flag system errors for operational correction.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Associate Degree preferred).

  • Technical Ecosystems: Familiarity or hands-on experience navigating enterprise ERP software (specifically SAP) or structured databases.

  • Software Tools: Practical proficiency using core Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel formulas and tracking features.

  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, adherence to standardized workflows, structured time management, and a high level of accuracy under deadlines.
