Role Overview

A prominent FMCG organization in Dubai is seeking a precise and organized Data Entry Specialist to join its operational team. The role focuses on managing systematic data updates, verifying processing logs, and utilizing specialized ERP software to maintain up-to-date corporate databases and support cross-functional inventory tracking.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical records within corporate systems, tracking spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Audit system entries, cross-reference source documents, and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure information integrity.

  • Archive, scan, and systematically organize physical and electronic company files.

  • Generate foundational data summaries and provide administrative documentation support to team members.

  • Protect data confidentiality while adhering to internal operational protocols and strict processing deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years of proven data processing experience inside the UAE.

  • Technical Frameworks: At least 1 year of practical, hands-on experience navigating Odoo software is mandatory.

  • Administrative Strengths: High attention to detail, strong typing accuracy, and familiarity with core office database programs.

  • Onboarding Criteria: Must hold a valid visa status allowing for immediate transition to a standard UAE employment visa; immediate joiners are strictly preferred.
