Position Profile

Infinix Innovations is welcoming a motivated Electronics Engineering Intern to join its hardware development team in Dubai for a six-month, on-site engagement. Designed for aspiring engineers, this role provides intensive, practical exposure to product prototyping, circuit architecture, and embedded systems alongside senior engineering mentors.

Main Duties

  • Support the structural development, assembly, and bench testing of active embedded systems and consumer electronics.

  • Troubleshoot electrical prototype failures, diagnosing circuit issues using standard lab equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.

  • Assist in creating schematic captures and routing physical layouts within computer-aided Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design tools.

  • Draft, compile, and debug operational firmware routines for target microcontrollers.

  • Record test data, maintain lab documentation, and collaborate across technical milestones to optimize hardware performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Hardware & Systems: Baseline familiarity working with popular development architectures, such as Arduino, ESP32, or STM32 platforms.

  • Software Languages: Basic programming knowledge using $C$, $C++$, or Python for application-level execution or hardware script writing.

  • Design Utilities: Advantageous if familiar with layout software platforms like EasyEDA, KiCad, or Altium Designer.

  • Logistics: Must currently reside in Dubai and be ready to commit to a continuous six-month, on-site internship schedule.
