We’re Hiring: Executive Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner (Real Estate – Dubai Only)
Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 + Monthly Bonuses
Location: Dubai | Immediate Start
Openings: 1 only
This is not a typical assistant role.
I’m looking for my right hand – someone who understands the fast-paced real estate game and can match my energy. You’ll be working directly with me, supporting all aspects of my day – from managing listings to preparing presentations, scouting deals, and driving growth from behind the scenes.
This role is for someone who is already familiar with Dubai’s real estate market, has experience working with top developers, understands off-plan sales, and knows how to move with urgency. You’ll need to be sharp, organized, and confident in managing multiple tasks – part admin, part project manager, part property expert.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with property searches and building deal lists
- Supporting daily operations, project coordination, and team communication
- Handling client follow-ups and appointment scheduling
- Preparing presentations, forms, and reports
- Listing properties and managing CRM/WhatsApp deal groups
- Helping coordinate content, videos, and marketing support
- Using tools like ChatGPT, Excel, Notion, etc., to streamline tasks
- Being hands-on and present behind the scenes – knowing what needs to be done before I ask
Who We’re Looking For:
- Must be based in Dubai
- Solid real estate background (admin or sales, with contract experience A/B/F/I)
- Knowledge of Dubai developers and off-plan projects
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven
- Strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
- Driving license is a plus
