Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–5 Years of UAE Accounting Experience (Immediate joiners or maximum 15-day notice period preferred)

Job Summary

Paramount Zone is seeking a qualified and structured General Accountant to join its financial team in Dubai. This position focuses on controlling multi-layered daily accounting operations, managing comprehensive general ledgers, processing client VAT compliance filings under local tax laws, and assembling monthly financial statements to assist management evaluations.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Supervise daily corporate transactional accounting, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows.

  • Generate commercial client invoices, track collection pipelines, and organize corporate payment distributions.

  • Perform routine bank statement reconciliations to safeguard ledger precision and record-keeping accuracy.

  • Complete accurate UAE VAT calculations, organize tax documentation files, and support the corporate filing process.

  • Build foundational financial reports, carry out transactional analysis, and archive physical and digital accounting credentials.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely matching business discipline.

  • Professional History: 2 to 5 years of proven professional accounting experience within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Technical Frameworks: Practical experience operating local financial platforms like Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks, backed by solid intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Tax Competency: Mandatory comprehension of UAE VAT regulations, local tax compliance requirements, and audit trail principles.

Preferred Assets

  • Prior work history inside a business setup consultancy or service-based organization.

  • Direct experience handling concurrent books across a multi-company accounting infrastructure.
