Position Profile

Bluefin Real Estate LLC is recruiting a creative In-House Photographer / Videographer to expand its internal media capabilities in Business Bay, Dubai. This role centers on producing high-impact visual media, capturing property and team activities, editing dynamic short-form video reels, and developing digital content that enhances the agency’s brand footprint across social media channels.

Main Duties

  • Photograph and film high-quality visual content covering team events, corporate initiatives, and property developments.

  • Produce and edit high-engagement short-form videos, reels, and graphic promotional assets for active digital marketing campaigns.

  • Manage, curate, and archive digital visual assets to ensure consistent brand representation across all online channels.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing personnel to brainstorm, script, and launch creative visual media strategies.

  • Maintain quality control across photo color grading, audio balancing, and video editing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Media, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Professional Background: Prior practical experience operating as a photographer, videographer, or digital content creator.

  • Technical Software Suite: Proficient software handling of industry-standard photo and video editing platforms (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or CapCut).

  • Core Aptitudes: Strong artistic eye, acute attention to visual detail, and an understanding of modern social media media formats.
