Position Profile

A rapidly expanding corporate group in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Manager to take charge of its technology infrastructure and lead its digital systems strategy. This executive role oversees cloud networks, enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, system backups, and cross-functional technology teams to keep business systems secure, reliable, and continuously running.

Main Duties

  • Direct day-to-day enterprise IT operations, managing hybrid environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Linux systems.

  • Build and execute robust corporate cybersecurity frameworks, data backup workflows, and disaster recovery strategies.

  • Maintain enterprise networking infrastructure, virtual machines (VMware/Hyper-V), and next-generation firewalls.

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, overseeing software rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and system migrations.

  • Guide, mentor, and evaluate junior system administrators and support engineers.

  • Sync technology investments with executive business objectives to ensure maximum system availability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years managing technical teams alongside a total of 7+ years in enterprise IT.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, Linux, and Windows Server administration.

  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Practical mastery over hypervisors (VMware/Hyper-V), enterprise firewall setup, and disaster recovery architectures.

  • Core Aptitudes: Excellent project leadership traits, clear communication skills, and an analytical approach to technology management.
