Job Summary

MaryRuth’s is seeking a data-driven and creative Jr. Media Buyer to join its Growth team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior media buying and creative teams to plan, launch, optimize, and analyze advertising campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other emerging channels.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Manage and deploy paid media campaigns across TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and upcoming advertising channels.

  • Partner with the Senior Media Buyer and Creative Strategist on strategic campaign planning and creative assets development.

  • Monitor ad performance data and evaluate performance efficiency metrics, including ROI, CPA, and overall conversions.

  • Produce regular performance reports and supply actionable insights for ongoing campaign and targeting optimization.

  • Partner with internal Brand, UGC, and Video Editing teams to maintain brand voice consistency and follow digital marketing trends.

  • Interface with cross-functional stakeholders and external technology vendors for unified project updates and timeline planning.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Platform Expertise: Strong experience running TikTok ads is highly preferred; familiarity with TikTok Shop, Pinterest, and Snapchat is a significant plus.

  • Analytics Tools: Familiarity with data-driven attribution or performance tracking tools such as NorthBeam, Prescient, or Motion.

  • Core Competencies: Proven capability to translate performance data into creative strategy directions, adjust targeting, and hit target KPIs.

  • Soft Skills: Collaborative communication style and comfort handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
