Position Profile

A prominent boutique agency is recruiting a structured Digital Specialist to drive client-facing digital fundraising, message building, and online communication portfolios for political campaigns, PACs, advocacy groups, and progressive nonprofits. This role merges CRM management, quality assurance workflows, multi-channel asset building, and rigorous performance analytics to amplify donor yield and public outreach.

Main Duties

  • Coordinate assigned client profiles, organizing stakeholder agendas, campaign projections, delivery calendars, and asset planning resources.

  • Author, edit, and proof high-impact email blasts and peer-to-peer (P2P) or broadcast SMS messaging matrices.

  • Manage end-to-end email production cycles across complex CRM environments, running targeted data queries and segmenting donor lists.

  • Execute pre-deployment quality control checks covering link tracking parameters, mobile responsiveness, structural layouts, and copy accuracy.

  • Analyze campaign-wide fundraising performance metrics to provide actionable, data-guided strategic optimization briefs.

  • Drive landing page conversions by configuring A/B testing frameworks, adjusting brand graphics, and optimizing donation forms.

  • Support high-pressure rapid-response workflows to monetize breaking news cycles and maximize political donor engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Professional Background: 3 to 6 years of digital media history, including at least one full political campaign cycle explicitly spent in a dedicated email fundraising or agency role.

  • Technical Ecosystems: Direct experience managing mainstream political email CRMs (such as NGP, EveryAction, ActionKit, or Acoustic) alongside P2P text blasting engines.

  • Core Aptitudes: High-level quantitative reasoning skills, a structured approach to project plan creation, and the capacity to balance multiple client portfolios under tight deadlines.

  • Mission Alignment: A clear passion for mission-driven advocacy work, civic communication, and public-interest operations.

Value Proposition

  • Fully remote workplace architecture open to candidates situated anywhere within the United States or US territories

  • Unlimited vacation privileges kicking in after 90 days alongside standard paid sick leave allocations

  • 11 to 12 paid federal holidays yearly, plus flexible daily scheduling models

  • Comprehensive employer-paid medical, dental, and vision health coverage

  • Annual professional development financial stipends and a 401(k) matching program after six months
