A reputable Day Care Centre in Abu Dhabi is urgently looking to hire experienced Operating Theatre Registered Nurses (OT RN) to strengthen its healthcare team. The selected candidates will assist during surgical procedures, maintain operating theatre standards, ensure patient safety, and follow strict infection control protocols.

Core Duties

  • Assist surgeons and medical staff actively during surgical procedures.

  • Prepare, sterilize, and maintain the operating theatre before, during, and after surgeries.

  • Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and sterilization protocols.

  • Monitor and provide exceptional patient care throughout the surgical process.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical nursing documentation.

  • Ensure all surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and properly maintained.

  • Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and the broader healthcare team.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Licensure: Must hold a valid DOH (Department of Health) License or be a DOH Passer.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated Operating Theatre nursing experience specifically within Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.

  • Technical Strengths: Strong understanding of operating theatre procedures, patient care standards, surgical assistance, and clinical documentation.

  • Traits: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; immediate availability or ability to join at short notice is highly preferred.
