Position Profile

Morgan & Mallet International is recruiting a qualified Traveling Maternity Nurse / Midwife to provide dedicated, live-in care for a private family based in Dubai. This role centers on managing specialized newborn care from birth, establishing feeding and sleep routines, supporting parental guidance, and accompanying the family on international travel commitments while upholding complete discretion.

Main Duties

  • Deliver high-level specialized care for a newborn infant from birth, prioritizing health, safety, and hygiene.

  • Establish and manage balanced feeding schedules, healthy sleep routines, and daily infant wellness practices.

  • Track critical infant development milestones and provide expert educational support to parents during early life stages.

  • Accompany the private family on domestic and international travel, maintaining high standards of care across different time zones.

  • Ensure absolute confidentiality, professional discretion, and a calm, nurturing home environment at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Credentials: Certified Maternity Nurse, Midwife, or holding an equivalent professional newborn care qualification.

  • Certifications & Skills: Active First Aid and Infant CPR certifications alongside fluent English communication traits.

  • Travel Credentials: Possession of a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa and a European passport (or unrestricted European travel authorization) to accommodate immediate international travel.

  • Core Aptitudes: Calibrated emotional intelligence, a calm demeanor, high discretion, and a deep understanding of infant development metrics.
