Job Summary

Mazari UAE is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist with purchasing activities, supplier coordination, documentation, and administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day procurement operations. Primary Accountabilities

  • Assist with the preparation of formal purchase requisitions, requests for quotations (RFQs), and purchase orders.

  • Communicate directly with suppliers to acquire product quotations and monitor delivery schedules.

  • Maintain complete and accurate procurement tracking sheets and compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless flow of company purchasing actions.

  • Collect incoming supplier invoices and gather all corresponding logistical paperwork.

  • Offer reliable day-to-day administrative support to the core procurement division.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience Profile: 1–2 years of operational professional experience working inside the UAE.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of procurement processes, intermediate to advanced command of Microsoft Excel, and prior familiarity with modern ERP software suites is an advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Dependable communication and commercial negotiation skills, strong organizational ability, and precise attention to detail under tight deadlines.
