Role Overview

Marquis Home Developer L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Property Consultant to become part of its growing luxury real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist clients in purchasing and investing in premium residential portfolios while building strong customer partnerships and securing consistent sales targets.

Primary Accountabilities

• Assist high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors in purchasing premium residential properties.

• Promote and sell extensive off-plan and ready-to-move-in real estate portfolios across key Dubai locations.

• Conduct detailed property presentations, site viewings, and professional client investment consultations.

• Negotiate high-value sales agreements and guide clients seamlessly through the entire transactional workflow.

• Monitor changing market parameters, upcoming property launches, and competitive investment opportunities.

Core Competencies

• Market Expertise: Clear understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and ready property market trends, investment structures, and sales closing techniques.

• Language & Mobility: Fluent communication capabilities in both English and Arabic are required; candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, high-level negotiation, and client relationship management traits under target pressures.
