• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties within the Dubai real estate market.

• Build, cultivate, and maintain strong professional relationships with property clients and investors.

• Conduct property viewings, present listings, and guide clients through the end-to-end buying and selling processes.

• Negotiate transactions, draft terms, and ensure successful, compliant property closures.

• Keep abreast of changing property laws, upcoming developments, and general real estate market trends.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and exceptionally passionate about sales.

• Core Talents: Outstanding communication, networking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.

• Adaptability: Highly capable of working independently in a fast-paced, competitive corporate environment.
