Role Overview

Serene Vista Real Estate is expanding its team and is looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join its growing business in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary property market and are passionate about delivering outstanding service to clients.

Core Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

• Source, manage, and maintain quality secondary market property listings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective buyers.

• Negotiate property transactions to achieve successful outcomes.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and RERA property regulations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: More than 2 years of active experience in the Dubai real estate market with a proven ability to source listings.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Core Competencies: Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with fluent English communication abilities.

• Licenses: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of property sales, client relationship management, and local listing platforms.
