Hiring Bilingual Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai team.

Job Description

• Leverage your language skills to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele and provide exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to buy, sell, or lease residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties that meet clients’ criteria.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from property showings and negotiations to contract preparation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to facilitate smooth transactions and provide exceptional service to clients.
• Actively prospect for new clients and listings through networking events, referral systems and other effective lead generation activities.
• Employ advanced negotiation techniques and tactics to achieve favorable terms and conditions for clients in real estate transactions, leveraging deep industry expertise and market intelligence.
• Cultivate and maintain an extensive network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and industry professionals to facilitate seamless transactions and unlock exclusive opportunities for clients.
• Provide authoritative guidance and advice to clients on legal and regulatory matters pertaining to real estate transactions in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge and expertise through ongoing education, training, and participation in industry events and seminars, positioning oneself as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the real estate community.

Qualifications

• Dubai real estate experience (At least 1 year)
• Fluent in one or more of these languages : Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Chinese
• Strong English communication skills
• Not purely looking for a top RE sales agent. Rather, the company wants someone who knows the job and how it works like the back of his / her hand.
• Proficient knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Results-driven but with the right attitude and integrity.
